Pasticceria Francesco was established in 2009 and is a home based business located in Canberra. Executive pastry chef Francesco Triunfo originates from Italy and with over 30 years of experience Francesco creates encapsulating flavours of Italy. These include Italian cakes, siciliani, millefoglie, tiramisu, zuppetta veneziana, sfogliata napoletana, profiteroles, amaretti, pasta di mandorla and a variety of mignons and biscotti.
Other delicacies are Francesco's white chocolate limoncello cake and Ferrero Rocher mud cake. One of Francesco's signature cakes is his delicious Italian continental cake, which can't be found anywhere else in the region!
